Payment information

Payments accepted via PayPal and Ko-Fi only. Upfront payment is required. Amounts are listed in USD ($).If you are paying via PayPal, I will send your PayPal account an invoice after we discuss commission details. This invoice should be paid within 72 hours or your commission will be cancelled. No work will begin until payment is received.If you have any questions, concerns, or issues with this payment process, please communicate with me ASAP!

During your commission

Feel free to send me as many references, links, and images you would like!I will send you updates, including progress images and screenshots, to the preferred communication method you indicate.Commissions will take 5-7 days to complete unless I state otherwise. I will keep you up to date with any timeline changes. I work full-time as a programmer and some weeks will be busier than others, so please have patience.It is your responsibility to communicate any changes you want during this process. If something looks off or I get something wrong, please tell me immediately! This is your piece and you should be happy with it and I will not take any offense if you want something adjusted. It's a lot easier to edit sooner than later, so please let me know if something should be changed.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any commission at any time.

Though this is rare, if I am unable to continue your commission, I will reach out to you immediately. We will discuss next steps then.
